About this work
Prime Minister Gerbrandy stands still at the death of Pangeran Adipati Soejono, the first minister of Indonesian origin. Soejono was a descendant of a Javanese regent family. Soejono was regent in Pasoeroeran and a member of the People's Council and the Council for the Dutch East Indies. In 1942, he became a minister without portfolio in London. He died a year later in 1943. On the photo are also Ministers Bolkestein (center) and Kerstens. The line network on the photo was applied by Cor Visser.
