Metal hexagon with rounded corners. The background is blue and has lines following the shape of the pin. In the center the letters: N / C R / V. The hexagon forms the heart of a horizontal pin. To the left and right the pin tapers to a point. On the reverse side a safety pin is mounted. The emblem is related to NG-1995-5-1, NG-1995-5-3 and NG-1995-5-7.
