About this work

Model of the VOC shipyard on the island of Oostenburg in Amsterdam, with the central warehouse spanning the full width of the yard. The yard is surrounded by water on three sides and by the line of the shipyard on one side. On the yard are models of several ships in various stages of development; on the water, a ship is being towed in ship-camels by three water vessels.
