About this work

Porcelain plate, painted on the glaze in gold. Decorated with a gold border and the crowned coat of arms of the Second Chamber with the inscription 'TWEEDE KAMER DER STATENGENERAAL'. Marked on the underside with the factory mark 'P.A.W. PHILIPPONA DEN HAAG', N and 25. Possibly decorated in The Hague.
