About this work

Porcelain plate, painted in gold on the glaze. Decorated with a gold border and the crowned coat of arms of the Second Chamber with the inscription 'TWEEDE KAMER DER STATENGENERAAL'. Marked on the underside with the factory mark and 'P.A.W. PHILIPPONA DEN HAAG'. Possibly decorated in The Hague.
