About this work

Three round glasses in a wooden frame with a handle. A fourth glass is missing. Far left: missing. To the right of that: a child gives an adult man a beating with a rod. To the right of that: a man sits in a chair with an swaddled baby on his lap and a spinning wheel in his right hand. Far right: a woman walks with a sabre at her waist and a rifle over her shoulder.
