About this work

German military photo album from the Second World War about soldiers of the Wehrmacht. Dark red leather cover with a cord through the spine. The interior consists of 18 (modern) gray sheets with (modern) tracing paper in between. Some sheets are empty. The 119 photos show training at the Labor Service in Germany (Hamm) up to page 8, after 1940 billeting in Gelderland, from page 9, France, Biarritz and other places (page 11 onwards) and Hungary from page 22. In between, possibly back in the Netherlands, page 18. Last photo with inscription: Otto's Grab, 1943.
