About this work

Drawing from the manuscript of VOC servant Adrianus Canter Visscher, containing twenty-eight Indian miniatures and two maps of places on the Coromandel coast at the back. The text consists of two parts: a history of the Mughal Empire and VOC settlements on the Coromandel coast; followed by advice to the Lords XVII on the economic situation of the VOC in the Coromandel.
