Family album of Jet Vonk, consisting of 34 pages with photos and 8 blank pages. The front of the album consists of a panel with a landscape in Chinese lacquerwork. The album contains among other things photos of the installation of the Sultan of Boeton, Prince of Goa, early 1938, and continues until the family's return to the Netherlands in 1947. Most photos have handwritten inscriptions. Jet Vonk received the (then empty) album from Roel Blok in 1935 as a reminder of her time in "Pagar Alan". Jet Vonk was the daughter of R.H. Vonk, assistant-resident of Boeton, stationed in South Celebes. A number of loose photos have been added to the album.
