Rectangular, standing bronze medal with a diagonally placed section in the lower left; obverse: woman with a camera, sitting on a rock-like form draped with a cloth bearing a laurel wreath, with a shield bearing the coat of arms of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the lower right, in a landscape with a family in traditional dress, with a farmhouse and a windmill in the background, with an inscription at the bottom; reverse: inscription (Jubilee/Exhibition/1912), with a laurel branch on the right and an open section on the left (for inscription).
