View of the entrance to Roodesandskloof towards Mostertshoek (now: Michell's Pass). In the distance the massif of Riebeecks Kasteel. Drawing made during the second journey of Hendrik Swellengrebel, to the northeast of the Cape Colony, 10 September - 26 December 1776. According to the travel journal, the party was at this kloof on 11 September 1776.
