About this work

Stained glass window depicting a kneeling man wearing armor with a surcoat (with the coat of arms of Nassau-Vianden), a large sword, an order (of the Golden Fleece). Hands folded, at his knees two iron gauntlets, in front of him a book on a table, behind him on the ground a helmet. On either side a pillar with base and capital with leaf ornaments, above him a baldachin with inscription. The glass is reinforced in three places across with round iron rods running through eyes attached to the lead.
