About this work

Ribbon, with a color image on the front: two rows of ships in line: left row with seven ships, all with red-white-blue flags, pennants, and smoke clouds on the starboard side; right row with nine ships, all with the British flag (blue, with a white field in the upper right corner bearing a red St. Andrew's Cross), and smoke clouds on the port side; the rightmost ship of the row has a broken mast and damaged sails; all flags and pennants are directed to the left; above the left and right ships, inscription(s); also in the background one ship on the left and two on the right.
