About this work

Verschoten orange ribbon with golden tassels at the ends. At one end is affixed a paper medallion depicting a standing female figure of Liberty with a helmet. In her right hand she holds a sealed scroll, in her left a mask and a spear, and at her feet an owl. Traces of gold paint as a border.
