About this work

Four-armed cross with round shield on suspension loop, suspension ring and ribbon with six vertical orange-green stripes. Obverse: two dates separated by a stripe, within an oak and laurel wreath tied together; on each arm, inscription. Reverse: crowned W within an oak and laurel wreath tied together; on the upper arm, inscription.
