Flintlock pistol with battery lock

Barrel: The round barrel is provided on the rear part with three longitudinal bands; the upper of these bands extends forward over almost the entire length of the barrel. Traces of etching and signature. The barrel is attached to the stock with two iron bands. Lock: Spanish flint battery lock: The mainspring of the hammer is located on the outside of the lock plate, as is the hammer. The screw for clamping the flint has a ring-shaped head. Wood: The wood is entirely covered with saffron leather. The front part of the stock is of ivory. Fittings: Silver: three parallel silver bands run along the back of the butt, the middle one decorated with niello and engraving, the two outer bands worked in openwork and cut out. The butt cap, which widens downwards, has a border at the top with pearl and rope ornaments. The same ornaments appear on the border of a spherical cap, in the middle of which is a perforated knob, which fits under the part widening downwards.
