About this work

Model of an oil cup, consisting of a funnel with a lid, mounted on a wooden base. A bracket for cleaning cotton is attached in the funnel. The cleaning cotton ensures that the oil, with which the funnel is filled, leaves evenly through the pipe under the funnel. The oil cup is used for lubricating the bearing blocks of various moving parts of a steam engine. This specific model was used for horizontal parts. Scale 1:1 (derived).
