About this work
A third-hand tackle according to the regulations of 1865. The third-hand tackle consists of a single- and a two-sheave block, the fixed part attached to the lanyard of the single block; both blocks have an iron wire lanyard with iron wire binding without slits, an iron socket and a hook.
