About this work
Wooden model of an anchor of an unusual shape. The stock and arms are swapped. The shank is flat and widens halfway to form the curved arms, on which a curved oval copper plate with pointed ends is attached. The straight stock is very thick, approximately triangular in cross-section, the sharp part pointing backwards, and rotates on the shank. The weight of the stock and the oval shape of the arms ensure a correct position of the anchor. A harp at the tip of the stock and one at the top of the shank.
