About this work

Backplate, iron, black painted, made from one plate, neck and arm openings flanged. On either side of the neck opening two copper shoulder pieces to which leather shoulder straps with copper attachment points are riveted, at the bottom riveted shoulder piece and copper buckle of the waist belt. Next to the left strap a riveted eyelet. Parallel to the edges of the backplate brass rivets.
