About this work

Oval medallion, liver-coloured, showing in white the bust of a woman in profile facing right. The woman has her hair loosely pinned up with a strand on her shoulder. She wears a low-cut dress fastened with a pin. Simple frame around the medallion diagonally inlaid. Reverse: two holes one above the other; maker's mark; white in colour.
