About this work
Percussion army pistol, model M 1815. Smooth, round barrel, which transitions into a pentagonal section at the breech. A percussion pan is tapped into the top of the breech. On the breech end of the barrel: M 1815. Marked on the barrel: T (with crown above) and JA (with crown above). Lock: Percussion lock. Wood: Walnut. Fittings: Brass: At the front of the stock is an openwork sleeve for attaching the barrel; lock plate; trigger guard; butt cap.
