About this work
Silver spoon with ivory handle. Handle elegantly carved, provided with plant motifs, with a knob of pierced crown with cross. The silver part of the handle in the shape of leaves, supported underneath by a square rod, with a base attached to the flat. The flat elegantly shaped, with in the middle the engraved representation of a crowned standing woman with a caduceus in her hand, leaning on an anchor. On the reverse side inscription on the left: climbing lion with year letter L. Reverse side right dating etc.
