About this work

Rectangular bag with a rounded bottom. The lid hinges with the bag. A strap with an iron buckle is attached to the bag through leather loops. The strap has decorative embroidery in the form of S-shaped motifs that partially overlap. On the lid is a stylized crowned coat of arms stamped in copper. According to a description from 1803, 'a small bag for quick pipes of red morocco leather with silk embroidery'.
