About this work

Silver medal. Obverse: Fire-breathing Riot with four mill wheels on its head, trampling the sword and scales of Justice with a mask in one hand and a torch in the other, next to a pedestal with a portrait of the King of Spain within an inscription. Reverse: Brussels seated on a right-hand chair with sword and scales in hand, below it captured mutineers in chains; in the background a city where soldiers are restoring order within an inscription.
