About this work

Silver medal. Illuminated by heavenly light, in which the name of Jehovah in Hebrew is written, the United Netherlands, depicted as a crowned woman with a fasces, in the Dutch garden, to which the coats of arms of the seven provinces are attached, and performs a libation on a burning altar, on which the inscription XXV stands; beside her Peace with an olive branch and Liberty with a cap on a spear; at their feet lie the Dutch lion and the Bible within inscription; section. Reverse: inscription.
