Silver medal. Obverse: coat of arms, crowned by a winged helmet, behind it two crossed fasces within an inscription. Reverse: Virtue sits on a pedestal, decorated with a coat of arms, with her arm leaning on a ship's rudder and a mirror in her hand, entwined by a snake, illuminated by heavenly light, in which the name Jehovan is visible in Hebrew within an inscription; margin: inscription.
