Gold medal. Obverse: Time with an hourglass, sickle, and a serpent's ring entwined with leafless branches, illuminated by a rising sun within an inscription. Reverse: Dutch maiden, accompanied by a lion with a bundle of arrows, holding scales and an open book within an inscription; lower section: date.
