Silver medal. Obverse: inscription within border of eight with pennant with inscription bound coats of arms of the officers of the company above two drums, muskets and halberds. Reverse: armored arm from cloud holds flag with crowned coat of arms flanked by two lions, surrounded by orange branches above pennant with inscription within legend.
