Obverse: a woman with a laurel wreath holds the staff of Mercury in her hand and leans on an anchor illuminated by the sun; in the background a rock and a ship at sea within inscription; rim: inscription. Reverse: inscription below a beehive and crossed palm and oak branches and above a floral garland.
