Silver medal. Obverse: the Dutch lion with a drawn sword in its right claw places its left claw, holding a caduceus, on an altar upon which a liberty cap lies and against which a coat of arms leans; meanwhile the lion looks upward at a radiant all-seeing eye within an inscription; edge: date. Reverse: inscription under a laurel wreath; edge: signature.
