Silver medal. Obverse: France, depicted as a helmeted woman with a spear, shield, and at her feet, a rooster; and the Netherlands, depicted as a helmeted woman with a cornucopia of plenty, a liberty cap on a spear, shield, and at her feet, a lion, standing by an altar to which two shields are attached; the Netherlands holds up two fingers within an inscription; cut: inscription. Reverse: inscription under two tied palm branches and above a garland.
