Bronze medal. Obverse: crowned woman with a coat of arms, representing the city of Amsterdam, sitting on a throne on a dais; around her three Muses, one working on a bust with hammer and chisel, the second holding a palette with brushes and a staff, and the third drawing a building with a compass; in front of the throne a young man with a laurel wreath in her hand and oak leaves and a musical instrument; cut: signature. Reverse: inscription within an inscription.
