Obverse: William III, with scepter in right hand and orb in left hand, sitting amidst three women, representing Justice, with rod bundle in left hand and with right hand leaning on law tablet; The Netherlands with liberty cap on scepter and shield; and Liberty with palm branch and bird's nest within legend. Reverse: Inscription under crowned shield, flanked by two lions, above banner with inscription within legend.
