About this work

Silver medal. Obverse: above a cartouche with a view of the city of 's-Hertogenbosch, Mars with a coat of arms and Victory with a palm branch and laurel wreath above the head of a man in a cartouche, above that an inscription in a cartouche. Reverse: two cherubs with trumpets hold a wreath above a crowned lion with a sword and bundle of arrows; beside them Prudence and Constancy; below that in four cartouches: view of Groenlo, capture of the silver fleet, view of Pernambuco and view of Wesel within an inscription.
