Oval iron suspension badge on a suspension loop and ribbon of a white horizontal band with a black and a yellow band on each side. Obverse: in Gothic script: letters FW under a crown above an inscription within a border. Reverse: radiant, four-armed cross, the central shield covered with an olive and oak branch wreath; within: date.
