About this work

Copper medal. Obverse: woman with an open book bearing an inscription in her right hand and a palm branch in her left, seated in a triumphal chariot within a legend. Reverse: nest with two small birds in a tree, jointly defending themselves against a large bird between an inscription within a legend.
