Silver medal. Obverse: view of the city from the south, illuminated by a radiant sun; in the foreground: St. Antonieschans, the road, and a small boat; to the right: seated Minerva with a spear in her right hand and her left arm resting on a coat of arms, and an owl with spread wings; below: monogram of letters S, P, Q, and S in a cartouche decorated with twigs under a winged cherub's head. Reverse: town hall among other houses; in the foreground: fruit seller sitting at a stall, man with a carriage, man with a dog, woman and cart within an inscription; below: monogram of letters S and C in a cartouche decorated with twigs.
