Silver medal. Obverse: view of the city from the south side under a banner with inscription; in the foreground: St. Anthony's Schans and the road; below crowned coat of arms, flanked by two wild men with clubs. Reverse: open book on an altar, the base of which bears a monogram of letters S and C, illuminated by an all-seeing eye in a rayed halo; to the left of the altar: Justice, who with her right hand holds a sword and scales above a small tree and in her left hand a palm branch; to the right: Industry, with her gaze directed heavenwards, beehive in her left hand and left foot resting on a spade leaning against a small tree within inscription; lower section: year.
