Silver medal. Obverse: Aesculapius leaning with his right hand on a staff with a snake and his left hand under his cloak, standing between two vases with plants on a pedestal; in the background, a wall of a building within an inscription. Reverse: A crowned coat of arms between two full cornucopias above an ointment spatula, around which a snake coils, lying on a pedestal with an inscription within a border; edge inscription.
