About this work

Photo album 'Photographs' (English) with eighty pages with a total of 216 photos of England, Scotland, Wales, Germany, France and Switzerland. Six photos are loose at the back of the album. The album also contains six photolithographs. The majority of the photos are by anonymous photographers, but the maker is known by name for thirteen photos: eight photos by George Washington Wilson, four by Auguste Garcin and one by John Payne Jennings. Handwritten captions in English, German and French.
