On the back of some cartes-de-visite, names are noted, including several members of a family (presumably named Schätze), August Schütze, and Marie Berckling. The photos were made by various photographers, including Emil Tiedemann (19), L.O. Grienwaldt (6), and Jul. Ortgies Jr. (10). The photographer is anonymous for 5 photos. All photos for which the photographer is known were made in Germany, the majority in Bremen.
