About this work

Photo album in a brown cover with a copper lock. The front and back are decorated with a coat of arms in relief. The front is also adorned with bone carving and (presumably) glass beads. The endpapers are of changeant paper. The album contains 19 album leaves with gilded edges. These are 36 views of sights in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. Also included is a series of studio photographs of dogs.
