About this work
Two monkeys sitting on the ground next to a tric-trac game. The left one wears a hat with a cock's feather, the other drinks wine from a glass. Print from a series of six prints and a title print in which different human occupations are represented by monkeys. Copies after prints by Quirin Boel, with an added verse in Dutch under each representation.
