Mary sits on a chair and reads a book. She is visited by the angel Gabriel. He tells her that she will bear a son who will be called Christ (Luke 1:26-38). In the top left corner the dove as a symbol for the Holy Spirit. The print has a Latin inscription. The print is part of a series about the life of Christ.
