The angel Gabriel announces to Mary that she will become pregnant. Mary sits at a table with an open book. To the left, a bed. In the upper left corner, the Holy Spirit descends as a dove. Below the representation, the title in Latin and a reference to the Bible text in Luc. 1:26.
