About this work
Mary Magdalene, a prostitute, dries the feet of Christ with her hair. She then anoints the feet. Judas Iscariot protests, but Christ explains that she must be forgiven (Luke 7:36-50). The print bears a Latin inscription. It is part of a series on the Life of Christ.
