About this work
Just before his death Jacob blesses the sons of his son Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh. Jacob crosses his hands in the blessing and blesses Ephraim with his right hand and Manasseh with his left hand. Joseph tries to move Jacob's arms but it does not succeed.
