About this work

Diana (city maid of Haarlem?) as goddess of hunting, with a bird of prey on her right hand, a dog at her side, a dead hare and a rowing or boat oar in her left hand. This sheet is part of a large print with a large plan of Haarlem, surrounded by seven coats of arms, a profile of the city, views of notable Haarlem buildings and depictions of important moments from Haarlem history.
