About this work

Mercury as god of trade, with a cornucopia full of coins in his left arm, a sprig with orange fruits in his left hand and his staff in his right hand. This sheet is part of a large print with a large plan of Haarlem, surrounded by seven coats of arms, a profile of the city, views of notable Haarlem buildings and depictions of important moments from Haarlem history.
